THE RESTAURANT

Salt's open kitchen and three large communal tables create a warm and inviting main dining room
which provides the perfect balance to the buzz in the kitchen. The mezzanine level offers diners
not only panoramic views of the restaurant below, but a more intimate dining experience.

KITCHEN

Chef Brandon Fisher builds a seasonal menu around locally sourced ingredients.
Weekly iterations develop to take advantage of products procured in their prime from local sources.

HOURS

Monday through Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday and Saturday 5pm-12am, closed Sunday.

We will be closed Friday, Nov. 7 for a private event.
