
Salt Of The Earth is the first restaurant of chef Kevin Sousa. Nearly two years in the making, Salt of the Earth is opening Summer 2010 at 5523 Penn Avenue in the Garfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
Salt of the Earth will be open Monday through Saturday 5pm – 1am. The kitchen closes at midnight. Contact us for private dining reservations.
