Salt Of The Earth is the first restaurant from chef Kevin Sousa, located at 5523 Penn Avenue in the Garfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
Salt of the Earth is open Monday through Saturday 5pm – 1am. The menu is served until midnight, and bar snacks are served until 1am.
Reservations are taken for the mezzanine level of the restaurant and the ground floor has communal and bar seating for our walk-in guests. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
