THE RESTAURANT

Salt's open kitchen and three large communal tables create a warm and inviting main dining room
which provides the perfect balance to the buzz in the kitchen. The mezzanine level offers diners
not only panoramic views of the restaurant below, but a more intimate dining experience.

KITCHEN

Chef Brandon Fisher builds a seasonal menu around locally sourced ingredients. 
Weekly iterations develop to take advantage of products procured in their prime from local sources. 

HOURS

Monday through Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday and Saturday 5pm-12am, closed Sunday

SEATING & RESERVATIONS

Our first floor has large communal tables and two counters — one in front of our exposed kitchen and the other at the cocktail bar. 
Our semi-private dining room, which can accommodate parties of sixteen or fewer, and mezzanine level. 

Reservations are encouraged, but not required. Make a reservation here.
We can not take any reservations past August 1, 2015

PARKING

Parking is available in our lot and on adjacent Penn and Stratford avenues.

Come as you are.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The 71A, 77, 87 and 88 will get you close. For additional information, please visit the Port Authority website.
If traveling by taxi, please arrange for your return trip prior to arrival; taxi service is limited, and delays should be expected.
