What genius! Second visit to Salt of the Earth this time for the ‘Chef’s Tasting’. The food was so fabulous imaginative and perfectly in balance. How can one bite touch every tastebud- all senses at once. Pure brilliance. Wasn’t hungry til late the next day. Can’t wait to return.

#Definitely worth it to sit at the kitchen bar! I was able to do so on my first visit, it’s like a free show to go with your meal. Can’t be beat.
