Kosher Certification has now become as popular as USDA Organic. Kosher-certified coffees are beans that have been harvested, processed, and roasted with only water. Kosher-related issues occur when factors like decaffeination and flavor additives are a part of the picture.
AA refers to the coffee bean size. A larger size means more expensive coffee and higher quality.
